Blockade option is to sell the electric kitchen materials and tripled compared to the past
All the Nepalese are facing lot of scarcities due to blockade made by our neighboring country India and Terai- Madhes agitation since long days. In the present situation of Nepal, we can see most of the citizens are suffering because of god crisis. There are lack of petroleum products, cooking gas, food items, cereals, essential medicines and many more. People are unable to travel comfortably as vehicles are very pack. There are only few vehicles running in roads due to shortage of fuels. People cannot do their business properly, cannot go for study not only that people are unable to cook food properly as well. Because there are no gases available in the markets people are cooking by dry woods. Some of them also are cooking foods using an electrical material in the city area as there are not allowed as well as not possible to burn fire woods. As our neighboring country India did an undeclared blockade at Nepal there seems shortages of LP gas. So, Nepalese citizen started to use electrical materials and fire woods to cook their foods. The shopkeeper said, there have been maximum sale on kitchen induction, electrical heater, rice cooker and many more electrical materials as the option of blockade. People started to use electrical ware to cook their foods and boil water as they don’t have gas. The shopkeeper says, before they can hardly sale 1-2 induction wares but after the blockade they are selling 6-7 induction wares daily but there was a trouble as they cannot import the materials as per the demand. According to the shopkeepers few electric materials are imported from China and few are from India. They also added if the Indian blockade continues for long time then soon there would also be shortages of electrical kitchen ware production like other materials.
